Virtual Event + Custom Oktoberfest Gifts
Pandemic be dammed, today we celebrate! Toth Construction is rich in traditions and their annual Oktoberfest is legendary. Sticking with their German roots and traditions, Toth celebrates Oktoberfest in grand style annually giving them the opportunity to thank and honor their clients, architects, designers, subcontractors, and vendors that they have worked with, past and present. This year, COVID-19 altered those plans and led toward the planning of a virtual celebration. While a new platform has it’s challenges, it also brings about a new opportunity to bring people together when they need it most. In collaboration with Clutch Events, we created 450 custom Oktoberfest gifts that were delivered to all attendees prior to the October 8, 2020 virtual Oktoberfest. Incorporating the highly coveted Toth Oktoberfest pin and t-shirt along with Oktoberfest essentials including a Bavarian Meats Landjaeger, Hofbräu Original Lager hailing from Germany and a traditional pretzel; these gifts hit every detail and set the stage for one memorable event. And for those who do not drink, a specialty mustard it was!
With the help from one incredibly talented set designer and YouTube, the virtual event kicked off on October 8, 2020 with hosts Erik and Klaus Toth leading the event with special appearances from founder, Walter Toth, showing the proper way to enjoy a pint or two. Erik and Klaus invited guests to open their gifts alongside them as they highlighted the featured products; then went on with the traditional Oktoberfest shenanigans, cooking tutorials on proper German cuisine and a nod to all who make Toth Construction the company it is.
