Meet the Makers: The SweetSide

At Evergreen Custom Gifting we focus on curated, elevated, and locally-inspired keepsakes that create a meaningful connection to our destination. Partnering with fellow creative small business owners whenever possible. In our “Meet the Makers” series we feature the local artisans and makers that provide products for our gifts.

Meet Kara & the story behind!

I started The SweetSide in 2010 after years of baking and decorating at home, and a less than fulfilling corporate career. I saw the potential of a career where I was able to help my clients celebrate life on a daily basis and I jumped on it. The road has had it's ups and downs (hello, pandemic), but what keeps me here are the clients that keep allowing into their lives, one celebration at a time.
